It&#8217;s true, every thing you put into your body creates a chain reaction that eventually makes it&#8217;s way up to the surface. This is especially true of the delicate skin on the face, and if you have a problem with acne it may be coming from the inside, not out.</p>
<p>There are a few foods, however, that you can eat in order to improve your skin. One of these is anything containing vitamin A. Considered one of the most important nutrients for skin health, vitamin A can be found a number of places.</p>
<p>For instance, you can get plenty from dairy, particularly low fat. This works to give you both the vitamins you need, while eliminating the fat that can cause the problems in the first place. But that doesn&#8217;t mean all fat is bad. Omega-3 fatty acids are important skin feeders, which comes from fish, nuts, and flaxseeds.</p>
<p>Berries are also great for the skin, especially blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries. These have other antioxidants as well, which assists in creating higher energy, boosting the metabolism, and aiding in weight loss. Since excess fat can create skin problems as well, this is an added bonus for anyone who has to shed a few pounds.</p>
